- I small head of cauliflower
- 1/3 cup freshly grated parmesan
- 1 1/4 cup Panko bread crumbs
- 1 Tablespoon Emeril's Essence Creole Seasoning
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 Eggs, beaten
- Olive Oil Misto Spray
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cut the head of cauliflower into florets. Combine the parmesan, panko, and Emeril's seasoning in a bowl. Dredge florets in flour, dip in egg, and dredge in breading mixture. Place cauliflower florets on a baking sheet. Lightly spray cauliflower with olive oil using a Misto sprayer. Bake for 30 minutes until golden brown. Enjoy!
